ACVO Eye Exams
Spring is almost here and so is the time to schedule a free eye exam administered by a veterinary ophthalmologist!
The American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO) is once again offering free eye screenings to service animals throughout the U.S. and Canada; the ACVO/Stokes RX National Service Animal Eye Exam is a Philanthropic event that provides free ocular screenings to qualified service animals. Members of the ACVO generously volunteer their time and resources to conduct these important exams.
Eye exams for your guide dog will occur in May; to ensure availability, book your appointment April 1st through April 30th. Visit Participating Cities — Service Animal Eye Exam (acvoeyeexam.org) to learn more about participating towns in your state.
If you do not find your state listed, please check back closer to April 1st, 2023. Updates and additions to the list are anticipated starting in March.
